There is no listing fee. When a tenant we introduce signs the lease, or a buyer we introduce completes the purchase, you pay our commission. The rate is negotiable: in the form you tell us what you are comfortable with, and we agree it with you directly before your property goes live.

How much does it cost to list my property?
Nothing. Listing is free. You pay a commission only when a tenant or buyer we introduce signs the agreement. The rate is negotiable and agreed with you directly before your property goes live.
What kinds of property can I list?
Flats and apartments, houses and full buildings, offices, shops and showrooms, warehouses and factories, and land or plots, in Dhaka and nearby areas. Furnished, semi-furnished and unfurnished homes are all welcome.
Do I need an email address?
No. You can sign up with just your mobile number. Adding an email means you also get updates by email.
How long until my property is online?
We usually call within one working day of your submission. Once the details and commission are agreed, the listing normally goes live within one to two days.
Will my full address be shown on the website?
No. The website shows the area. Your full address and phone number are only seen by our team, who share them with serious, screened tenants or buyers when a viewing is arranged.
Can you manage the property after it is rented?
Yes. We offer property management: rent collection, maintenance and repairs, and handling tenants for owners who live abroad or are busy.
